About the role
This role focuses on guiding families through their journey with Acorns' investment products, from initial awareness to establishing lasting financial habits. You will define the strategic direction for this experience and present key initiatives to leadership for alignment. The goal is to shape a holistic vision for parents, teens, and children, making wealth building and investing feel natural from a young age.

What you'll do

- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to synchronize growth strategies, customer segmentation, campaign targeting, and shared key performance indicators.
- Work with the Finance department to model business outcomes, estimate market potential, and track progress against company objectives.
- Partner with the Analytics team to identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and interpret results.
- Foster strong working relationships with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure projects move from concept to launch efficiently and with accountability.

- Strong leadership and communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration.
- A mindset focused on behavior change, comfortable navigating ambiguity to foster innovation.
- A strong alignment with the company's mission, viewing your work as impactful for families' futures.
