About the role
Acorns is looking for a dedicated Senior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help build and execute programs that bring new customers to Acorns and Acorns Early, and bring back existing ones. You will collaborate with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to turn business objectives into customer experiences driven by data.

What you'll do
Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and reacquisition across Acorns and Acorns Early, suggesting improvements based on business goals.
Create and launch personalized, automated campaigns using Braze across email, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS.
Manage campaign setup from audience selection and personalization to message flow, testing, and deployment.
Work with Creative, Data Analytics & Science, and Product teams to bring lifecycle initiatives to life.
Use HTML and Liquid logic to personalize, test, and ensure the quality of marketing communications.
Design and conduct A/B tests to gather insights and enhance customer acquisition and reacquisition efforts.
Analyze campaign performance and experiment results to identify trends and recommend optimizations.
Ensure campaign quality and adherence to internal review processes, especially within a regulated fintech environment.
Utilize AI tools to streamline campaign creation, improve quality checks, and enhance team processes.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing, with practical experience using Braze or similar marketing automation platforms.
Proven ability to build and launch multi-channel campaigns and automated customer journeys.
Experience supporting programs aimed at acquiring new customers or re-engaging past customers, with a history of improving conversion or winback rates.
Solid understanding of audience segmentation, personalization techniques, and automated journey logic.
Proficiency in developing hypotheses and conducting A/B and multivariate tests, along with analyzing their performance.
Ability to translate business objectives into clear lifecycle strategies and executable campaign plans.
Experience with rigorous quality assurance, approval processes, and launch governance, preferably in a regulated setting.
Familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations and best practices for lifecycle marketing compliance.
Comfort working with HTML and Liquid logic for campaign setup and troubleshooting.
Skill in reviewing data, identifying patterns, and providing data-backed recommendations.
Strong collaboration and project management abilities.
Experience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and campaign quality.
A proactive approach to suggesting improvements for lifecycle processes and tools.
High attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
