About the role
This position supports the daily operations of our marketplace and growth collaborations. You will be responsible for nurturing partner connections, coordinating with various departments to onboard and update partners, and contributing to the realization of new growth initiatives, all while advancing Acorns' goal of making financial well-being accessible to everyone.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the daily activities and account management for Acorns' marketplace partners, acting as a primary point of contact.
- Work with different teams to introduce new marketplace partners and refresh existing partner offerings, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Assist with growth collaborations by partnering with Creative, Legal, and Compliance departments to launch new partners according to schedule and brand guidelines.
- Track partner performance, address any issues that arise, and identify ways to improve and expand current relationships.
- Help maintain partner records, schedules, and procedures to ensure organized and on-track launches.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in partnership management, account management, business development, or a similar field, preferably within a consumer-focused or fintech company.
- Strong abilities in organization and project management, with the capacity to manage multiple partners and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated by a history of successful collaboration with teams like Creative, Legal, and Compliance.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and advancing partner launches.
- A strong desire to contribute to impactful products that affect millions of lives.
- A belief that your work contributes to a larger mission and an optimistic view on the potential for positive societal change through financial wellness.
