Acorns is seeking an entrepreneurial Brand Marketer to shape and scale our brand at a significant growth phase. This role is for a senior individual who can think strategically and execute effectively, with a strong understanding of internet culture and a talent for storytelling.

What you'll do
Develop and implement comprehensive brand campaigns across social media, digital platforms, in-app experiences, public relations, partnerships, events, and influencer collaborations.
Create clear brand positioning, detailed creative briefs, and strategic marketing plans that align cultural moments with the Acorns mission.
Manage the entire campaign process from initial concept to post-launch analysis and refinement, ensuring precise execution.
Integrate emerging AI tools into the creative development workflow to enhance content production, increase campaign flexibility, and explore new storytelling approaches.
Represent the Brand Marketing team when working with external agencies, content creators, and internal stakeholders, while managing legal and compliance considerations.
Support full-funnel creator and influencer marketing initiatives, from broad brand awareness to conversion-focused demand generation.
Requirements
Possess 6 to 9 years of experience in brand marketing, social media strategy, branded content programs, or influencer/creator management.
Demonstrate a proven history of successfully launching multi-channel, social-first integrated campaigns from inception to completion.
Exhibit exceptional strategic thinking and a deep comprehension of internet culture, current social trends, and community building.
Show strong collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams, legal departments, compliance officers, and external agencies.
Display a strong drive and accuracy in delivery, with the ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks under demanding deadlines, including contract reviews and compliance checks.
Possess curiosity and practical ability in applying generative AI tools for tasks such as copy ideation and content creation to boost output and speed.
Exhibit analytical curiosity to use data and insights to inform strategy and measure performance against goals.
