What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to promote Bamboohr's pharmaceutical products effectively.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present product information, answer queries, and provide samples to physicians and pharmacists.
• Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and promote brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and strategies tailored to the local market needs.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in the company's CRM system.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and preferences to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company, ensuring consistent growth in market share and revenue.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and sales techniques.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing pharmaceutical sales and marketing in Iraq.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in Iraq, including key stakeholders and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
