What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote Acino's pharmaceutical products within your assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists, to present product information and answer any questions they may have.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers to enhance product visibility and credibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and inform strategic decisions.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to showcase Acino's products and engage with potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to your target audience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company's CRM system.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on insights gathered from healthcare professionals regarding product performance and market needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while conducting all sales activities.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management team, contributing to the overall success of Acino in the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market dynamics in Egypt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required, both spoken and written.
