What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Acino's pharmaceutical products within the Sharkia region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to ensure product visibility and availability.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to provide product information, answer questions, and address any concerns regarding our products.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and conferences to enhance product awareness and educate healthcare professionals about the benefits of our therapies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in your sales approach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of your territory.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels to ensure effective territory management.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, preferences, and potential areas for product development.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to overall business growth and success.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to the management team.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and comply with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the healthcare landscape in Egypt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and analysis.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Sharkia region.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
