What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic plans to promote Acino's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the Beheira region.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to ensure product visibility and accessibility.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information about our offerings, including benefits, side effects, and proper usage.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.
• Attend medical conferences, seminars, and other events to network and stay updated on industry developments.
• Provide feedback from healthcare professionals to the product development team to assist in refining existing products and developing new ones.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using our CRM system.
• Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management, contributing to the overall success of the team.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and ethical standards in the promotion of pharmaceutical products.
• Act as a liaison between Acino and the healthcare community, addressing any inquiries or concerns related to our products.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare landscape in Egypt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Beheira region.
