What you'll do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to promote Bamboohr's pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities and clinics to provide product information and address any inquiries from medical practitioners.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and conferences to enhance product visibility and educate healthcare professionals about new offerings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to increase market share.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the needs of the target audience.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the benefits and features of Bamboohr's products.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide feedback from healthcare professionals to the product development team to assist in refining existing products and developing new ones.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies while conducting all promotional activities.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Manage administrative tasks related to sales, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
