What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share for Acino's pharmaceutical products in the Minya area.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff, to promote product awareness and usage.
- Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to present product information, answer queries, and provide samples to potential clients.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance product visibility and educate healthcare professionals on the latest developments in our product range.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback in the company's CRM system.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and pharmaceutical market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Minya region.

- Fluency in English, in addition to Arabic, is a plus.
