We are collaborating with a rapidly growing AI startup focused on creating production AI agents that streamline complex enterprise data engineering tasks. Their platform is already utilized by some of the largest companies globally, and they are looking to expand their AI engineering team.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Design and implement production AI agents that incorporate planning, reasoning, retrieval, and decision-making capabilities.
• Create retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, vector search functionalities, and knowledge graph systems.
• Enhance the quality of AI agents through evaluations, reduction of hallucinations, and monitoring in production environments.
• Work with technologies including Python, large language models (LLMs), distributed systems, and backend infrastructure.

Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficient in Python and backend engineering practices.
• Demonstrated experience in deploying production AI agents, RAG systems, or products powered by LLMs.
• A strong commitment to developing dependable AI systems for actual users.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.

Practical notes
