In this position, you will have the freedom to design, test, and implement AI agents that address real-world challenges across various sectors. Your role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their needs, working alongside our research team to enhance our technology, and coordinating with product and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.

What you'll do

• Create AI agents tailored to the unique requirements of clients in industries such as finance, healthcare, legal, and operations.
• Collaborate with the research team to enhance the reasoning capabilities of our models and expand their areas of expertise.
• Engage directly with clients to refine implementations based on feedback, influencing the development of our platform.
• Develop comprehensive evaluation frameworks to rigorously assess agent performance and reliability in various scenarios.
• Establish reusable patterns and tools to facilitate the deployment of agents across different domains.

Example projects could include:

• A multilingual banking support agent capable of managing account inquiries, financial transactions, and compliance tasks in over 12 languages.
• A retail agent that efficiently handles complex product customization requests, inventory checks, and order modifications in real-time.
• A telecommunications agent that identifies hardware issues, guides customers through troubleshooting, and escalates to technicians when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven history of delivering production systems.
• Proficient in Python and knowledgeable about contemporary AI agent development practices.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions engineer or forward deployed engineer.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools.
• Understanding of enterprise application development and deployment processes.
