Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking high-performing sales professionals to join our team and drive growth within assigned territories. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective accounts, managing the initial stages of the sales cycle while working toward ambitious targets.

What you'll do

• Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, including leads generated from marketing initiatives.
• Assess prospective client needs and articulate the value of our behavioral security platform.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Abnormal AI product suite to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate effectively with internal sales teams and stakeholders.
• Achieve or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role, or equivalent internship experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders at medium to large enterprises.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and time-sensitive requests while meeting production targets.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a distributed team environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Competitive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection.

Nice to have

• Experience with Orum, Outreach, Regie AI, Salesforce, SeamlessAi, or Zoominfo.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $50,610 - $59,500 USD.
• Compensation includes base salary, bonus or incentive pay, and equity.
