About the role
You act as the central point of contact for new sales hires during their first 30 days, guiding them through territory, operating cadences, and systems adoption. You partner with enablement and sales leaders to build action plans that surface performance gaps and drive execution. You own the creation, distribution, and analysis of Field Operations initiatives while maintaining data hygiene and reporting on quota attainment, tool adoption, and ramp performance.

What you'll do
- Serve as the SOPS point of contact for new hires during the first 30 days, guiding them through onboarding steps and tool adoption.
- Conduct AE walkthroughs of territory, operating cadences, and systems/tools to map current state and identify improvement opportunities.
- Assign territory and accounts to new hires, validate accounts, and execute account moves while maintaining data integrity.
- Evolve the reporting framework used to assess AE performance, ensuring metrics align with enablement and sales leadership priorities.
- Partner with enablement and sales leaders to create action plans and surface performance gaps that inform targeted interventions.
- Maintain and improve the SOPS onboarding checklist and related documents to reflect process changes and best practices.
- Own the creation, distribution, and analysis of Field Operations initiatives that support sales productivity and accuracy.
- Report on new hire ramp and tenured AE activity, tool adoption, and quota attainment to enable evidence-based decisions.
- Track SPIFF payout eligibility on a weekly and end-of-quarter basis to ensure accurate incentive compensation.
- Maintain data hygiene scorecards that monitor missing next steps, stale close dates, and incomplete fields.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders by pulling, validating, and delivering timely insights.
- Validate territory assignments after re-carves or headcount changes to confirm alignment with go-to-market strategy.
- Support quarterly and annual planning cycles with data pulls, cleanup, and documentation to enable reliable forecasting.
- Lead monthly hygiene cleanup in SFDC to correct errors, remove duplicates, and standardize records.
- Execute Salesforce hygiene projects, including account merges, ownership transfers, and field standardization.
- Lead the shift from manual ticket logging to automated resolution by designing and implementing streamlined workflows.
- Identify recurring SFDC errors and route patterns, then route issues to Sales Systems or IT for automation opportunities.
- Partner with IT and Sales Systems to build and ship automation that reduces manual effort and improves reliability.
- Own triage and response for inbound AE requests, prioritizing work by volume patterns and operational impact.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience with a demonstrated ability to navigate and configure the platform.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-first mindset that ensures accuracy and consistency.
- Clear, professional written communication skills; comfortable working in a Slack-heavy async environment.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data validation, light analysis, and reporting.
Nice to have
- Uses AI tools as part of the daily workflow to support analysis and communication tasks.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Highspot, or comparable GTM tools.
- Experience with Sigma, Gong, or other BI and reporting platforms.
- Prior experience in a help-queue or ticketing environment such as Zendesk, Jira, or Slack-based triage.
- Exposure to territory management, quota setting, or SPIFF program administration.
- Background in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
