Professional Services Consultant

About the role

Join the Self-Serve Professional Services team to manage technical deployments for mid-market and commercial accounts. This role focuses on a high-volume, asynchronous delivery model designed to reach full value within a 12-day target. You will be based in the Pacific Time Zone and manage a large, concurrent portfolio of customer implementations.

What you'll do

• Manage a high-turnover portfolio of deployments to meet the 12-day time-to-value goal.
• Execute a largely asynchronous deployment motion using templated communication and self-service resources.
• Perform daily health checks on open deployments to prioritize and triage accounts.
• Troubleshoot technical blockers and escalate complex issues to engineering or senior staff when necessary.
• Guide customers through the activation of Inbound Email Security, Account Takeover Protection, AI Security Mailbox, and Email Productivity.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment with account teams regarding deployment status and risks.
• Improve customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards and refining the deployment process.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or professional services for cybersecurity SaaS platforms.
• Proficiency in deploying SaaS solutions across Azure and Google Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of email security concepts including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Strong technical analysis skills with the ability to explain complex configurations to non-technical users.
• Experience using AI tools to automate and templatize repeatable tasks.
• Ability to identify underlying customer needs and communicate transparently.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital or tech-touch delivery models.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Familiarity with API integrations.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
