About the role

This position focuses on guiding enterprise clients through the transition from legacy Secure Email Gateways to the Abnormal behavioral AI platform. You will manage complex migration projects, ensuring that large-scale organizations maintain secure and efficient mail flow throughout the deployment process.

What you'll do

• Oversee a portfolio of migration projects, managing timelines, scope, and quality assurance.
• Provide technical expertise on enterprise mail flow, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across hybrid and on-premise environments.
• Advise clients on replacing legacy security functionality with native controls in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Implement anti-phishing policies and ensure client environments meet regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot post-migration mail flow issues to guarantee reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to refine deployment methodologies.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks during the migration lifecycle.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations.
• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including hands-on SEG decommissioning.
• Deep technical knowledge of email architecture, including routing through firewalls, proxies, mail relays, IP whitelisting, and secure connectors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security, specifically Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection, ATP, and Google Workspace Security.
• Understanding of email security, filtering, threat protection, and DLP, with experience in SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance.
• Experience using AI platforms such as Glean and Claude.

• Base salary range: $124,700 - $179,300 USD.
• Compensation includes base salary, equity, and annual bonus eligibility.
