What you'll do
- Act as a strong advocate for customer success by providing actionable insights to improve product value and customer retention, including conducting business reviews that emphasize return on investment to facilitate renewals and growth opportunities.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings to effectively guide customers, enhance their engagement with the platform, and keep them informed about relevant features and updates.
- Build and nurture trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations by gaining insights into their industry-specific challenges and security needs.
- Collaborate with customer decision-makers to create strategic account plans that include clear success metrics and objectives tailored to their business goals.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer renewals and expansions, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks to customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and gather feedback for continuous improvement of our services.
- Lead training sessions and workshops to empower customers in utilizing the platform effectively, ensuring they are equipped to maximize its benefits.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or features that align with their needs.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and product teams, advocating for customer needs and ensuring their voices are heard in product development discussions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations that can enhance their security posture.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders, showcasing the value delivered through our solutions and reinforcing the partnership's strategic importance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role, complemented by over 8 years in enterprise SaaS product support.
- Proven track record of establishing and maintaining executive-level relationships, particularly with CISOs and CIOs at Fortune 500 companies, with a focus on ensuring high customer health, retention, and advocacy.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, ideally with previous experience in support or Sales Engineering, along with a solid grasp of internet and networking technologies, particularly in the realm of email security.
- Proficiency in utilizing case management systems and CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and Jira, to manage customer interactions and track progress.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates strong technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess customer engagement and satisfaction metrics effectively.

- The base salary for this position ranges from $139,440 to $164,000 USD.
- This role may also qualify for bonus or incentive compensation, equity options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
