Abby Care is an AI-native platform focused on transforming family-led home healthcare for children and individuals with chronic illnesses. We are seeking a clinical leader to oversee home health operations, maintain regulatory standards, and mentor our nursing teams. This role reports to the Head of Nursing and requires a presence in the Nashville area to support our mission of improving care outcomes.

What you'll do

• Define and execute clinical strategies tailored to children and families with special needs.
• Supervise daily clinical operations, ensuring all practices meet regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage and mentor Clinical Nurse Managers, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
• Lead quality assurance programs and conduct audits to ensure patient safety and clinical efficacy.
• Collaborate with the finance department to manage clinical budgets and optimize resource allocation.
• Serve as a primary advocate for family-centered care, addressing concerns and maintaining high satisfaction standards.
• Guide clinical staff through healthcare policy updates and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee, with eligibility for multi-state or compact status.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within a clinical environment.
• Must reside in the Greater Nashville area and hold a valid driver license.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-urgency startup environment.
