This position involves leading growth initiatives across Pennsylvania for a company focused on family-led care. You will manage diverse teams responsible for patient acquisition, intake, documentation, and initial clinical reviews. The role is based in Philadelphia and requires a hybrid work model.

What you'll do
- Direct regional growth teams, improving efficiency and patient experience.
- Guide business development efforts to expand partnerships and increase brand recognition.
- Optimize the patient intake process for efficient lead management and data collection.
- Supervise teams responsible for reviewing documentation to qualify families for programs.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine strategies and improve processes.
- Work with the General Manager and other departments to align growth strategies with state goals.
- Implement consistent workflows and operational standards across growth teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in healthcare, community outreach, or growth/sales.
- Experience leading multiple types of teams in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans while maintaining daily operations.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions.
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence, with a commitment to helping underserved communities.
- Must live in or relocate permanently to the Greater Philadelphia Area and be willing to travel within Pennsylvania.
