About the role

Abby Care is modernizing its IT infrastructure to support a global workforce of over 300 offshore employees and hundreds of U.S. corporate staff. We are seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to build and automate enterprise systems, focusing on identity management, endpoint security, and scalable helpdesk operations.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary escalation point for Level 1 and Level 2 technical support requests.
• Deploy and manage JAMF Pro across a fleet of 600+ devices.
• Administer Okta for SSO, MFA, and automated provisioning workflows.
• Implement Venn virtual desktops to secure offshore access to Protected Health Information.
• Manage the transition from Rippling to Workday and support Google Workspace and Salesforce administration.
• Launch an AI-powered helpdesk platform to improve ticket routing and self-service capabilities.
• Design zero-touch onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, including VPN, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and system diagrams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Enterprise IT Operations.
• Hands-on administration of JAMF Pro, including configuration profiles, Smart Groups, policy automation, and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience managing Okta identity workflows and SSO.
• Proficiency in supporting Google Workspace and Salesforce.
• Experience with mixed macOS and Windows environments.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for networking and hardware.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-powered helpdesk platforms.
• Familiarity with Venn or similar secure desktop solutions.
• Experience with Workday or Rippling HRIS integrations.
• Background in healthcare technology or HIPAA compliance.
