About the role

Abby Care is developing an AI-driven platform to support family caregivers and improve home-based healthcare delivery. We are seeking a Growth & Expansion Associate to help scale our operations and implement our launch strategy across new markets.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end execution of the expansion function, including strategy development and KPI tracking.
• Create and refine operational playbooks to support rapid growth and ensure consistency across new geographies.
• Collaborate with leadership to navigate regional regulatory requirements while maintaining a high standard of patient experience.
• Coordinate with clinical, product, and operations teams to influence the company roadmap and drive mission-critical initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy or operations, including backgrounds in consulting, banking, private equity, or high-growth startups.
• Demonstrated ability to build and structure on-the-ground operations teams.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on high-velocity execution.
• Experience setting strategic objectives and using data analytics to inform decision-making.
• Ability to travel to new markets up to 40% of the time.

• Prior experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Experience in complex, operations-heavy startup environments that require on-site presence.
