About the role

Abby Care builds AI-native platforms to support family caregivers and improve home-based healthcare outcomes. We are looking for an engineer to help us scale our technology and solve complex problems within the healthcare sector.

What you'll do

• Own the full development lifecycle for product features from initial concept through to launch.
• Collaborate with clinical, compliance, and operations teams to turn operational requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure while integrating AI advancements into our systems.
• Participate in user testing and deployment cycles to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
• Experience with Web and API development.
• Hands-on background with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Must live in or relocate to the San Francisco area for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in product-led development.
• Previous work history in a startup environment.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field.
