This role supports our operational team with expertise in ODP and the Pennsylvania waiver system. You will play a strategic part in expanding our community presence and enhancing care management.

What you'll do
- Manage a caseload of ODP individuals across Eastern and Central Pennsylvania, ensuring high-quality care.
- Coach and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to meet ODP standards, with HR team support.
- Assist the Case Management Team with new Starts of Care within a reasonable geographic area.
- Ensure Individual Support Plans (ISPs) are implemented through updated records, documentation, and quarterly reports.
- Oversee staff schedules for your caseload and ensure timely, accurate electronic documentation.
- Audit schedules weekly for pre-billing teams.
- Educate families on service definitions and compliance.
- Lead provider introduction meetings with families and Support Coordinators (SCs) to present the Abby Care model.
- Act as a pre-admission liaison with intake and HR teams, handling HCSIS and AE communications.
- Manage relationships with SCO leadership and individual Support Coordinators.
- Support market expansion by identifying community opportunities and building relationships with advocacy groups.
- Update the Payroll/Pre-Billing team on documentation and EVV records to meet ODP regulations.
- Train and mentor the Care Coordination team on ODP standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Community Care Coordinators regarding incidents, complex concerns, or billing issues.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of documentation, EVV, and service notes against ODP 6100 regulations.
- Oversee the Enterprise Incident Management (EIM) process, ensuring accurate and timely state reporting.
- Track and manage incoming complaints for record-keeping and AE communications.
- Participate in developing and rolling out Quality Assurance and Incident Management audits and quarterly Quality Management Planning meetings.
- Communicate high-level regional updates, systemic risks, or performance trends to the ODP Lead.
- Work with Community Event Associates to support the regional community event calendar.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in an Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) role (e.g., Support Coordination, Program Management, Residential Director) or 4 years of various ODP field experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience within the Pennsylvania ODP space.
- Strong understanding of ODP waiver regulations, HCSIS, EVV, PROMISe, and the ISP process.
- Experience with SCO relationships, documentation systems (EMR/EHR), and EVV requirements.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Capable of occasional lifting or pulling up to 20 lbs.
- Ability to perform physical activities required for in-home visits, such as using stairs or standing.
Nice to have
- Experience in Case Management.
- Existing relationships with County MH/ID offices and SCOs in Eastern PA.
- Bilingual skills.
- Availability to work outside standard business hours when necessary.
