About the role
You will lead the strategy and execution for the Signals and Keywords Management product areas. This role focuses on building tools that allow customers to configure, govern, and optimize the data inputs driving their go-to-market operations.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Establish the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Signals and Keywords Management.
- Design workflows for users to configure, maintain, and remove low-value or noisy signals.
- Provide performance analytics regarding signal quality, coverage, and impact on account prioritization.
- Develop recommendation engines for new keywords, related terms, and configuration refinements.
- Create API and Revvy experiences for retrieving, updating, and monitoring signals.
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams to launch features and manage tradeoffs.
- Monitor product health and identify friction points to improve reliability and scalability.
- Define success metrics including adoption rates, noise reduction, and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, data platforms, AI products, or sales/marketing technology.
- Technical fluency in data products, APIs, experimentation, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing.
- Strong analytical judgment and communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
