Product Lead, AI Platform

About the role

6sense is building the core intelligence layer for B2B growth, and we need a leader to guide our AI Platform. This role combines hands-on product strategy with people management, focusing on the underlying systems that power our AI capabilities. You will shape how 6sense develops and deploys AI at scale.

What you'll do

• Guide and develop a team of Product Managers, establishing their operating model and defining responsibilities for platform infrastructure versus agentic features.
• Directly oversee the design and advancement of our central orchestration engine, ensuring reliable state management, tenant routing, and efficient execution of intelligent workflows.
• Create and maintain internal SDKs and capability registration methods to enable other teams to easily build, register, and utilize AI tools within the AI OS.
• Establish frameworks, safeguards, and security measures to guarantee that AI outputs are consistently accurate, verifiable, and suitable for enterprise use across the entire platform.
• Lead the strategy for foundational models, including routing logic, cost management, and compute infrastructure, to optimize both performance and resource utilization.
• Serve as a key advisor to leadership, proactively identifying technical risks, clarifying platform architecture, and translating AI strategy into actionable plans.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion focused on AI or platform products.
• Proven experience in a player/coach role, demonstrating ability to both lead product initiatives and manage a team of Product Managers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience defining and implementing internal developer tools, SDKs, or platform APIs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including model deployment, orchestration, and performance optimization.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with large-scale B2B SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and distributed systems.
