Product Lead, Predictive Platform

About the role

This role is for a strategic leader who will guide the development of 6sense's core predictive capabilities. You will manage a team of Product Managers while also directly shaping the strategy for the foundational models that power our intelligence layer.

What you'll do

• Manage and mentor a group of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence.
• Define and drive the strategy for core predictive models and their integration across the 6sense platform.
• Establish standards for model training, feedback mechanisms, and performance measurement.
• Champion a strategy where core predictive engines are reused across all applications.
• Collaborate with leadership to align the predictive roadmap with overall company objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and leading product management teams.
• Proven ability to coach Product Managers through complex product roadmaps and foster accountability.
• Experience defining product strategy for core platform components or foundational technologies.
• Understanding of machine learning model lifecycles, including training, evaluation, and scaling.
• Experience working with data science or engineering teams on predictive systems.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
• Familiarity with data infrastructure and its impact on predictive modeling.
