What you'll do
- Take full ownership of revenue generation for the Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments in your region.
- Implement a market strategy tailored to specific segments and regions.
- Optimize resource allocation and market coverage to maximize growth across varying deal sizes and sales cycles.
- Ensure predictable pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and consistent revenue achievement.
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion potential across all customer tiers.
- Oversee a multi-level organization including Directors, Managers, and Account Executives.
- Develop future leaders within your region.
- Recruit and retain top sales talent across all segments.
- Foster a high-performance environment through accountability, coaching, and ongoing development.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for significant Strategic and Enterprise deals.
- Maintain rigorous deal inspection and pipeline management across all segments.
- Balance the demands of long-term, high-value deals with fast-paced commercial execution.
- Build relationships with senior leaders in CMO, CRO, and RevOps roles.
- Position 6sense as a trusted partner for all customer segments.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and RevOps to align on pipeline, conversion, and expansion goals.
- Contribute to territory design, capacity planning, and segment strategy.
- Provide market insights to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
- Drive consistent forecasting, maintain pipeline hygiene, and make data-driven decisions.
- Establish scalable and repeatable sales processes for each segment.
- Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with increasing leadership responsibilities, including managing leaders of teams.
- Proven success in achieving and surpassing multi-million ARR targets at a regional or segment level.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-layered sales organizations covering Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments.
- Experience building and scaling effective sales teams and leadership pipelines (Directors, Managers, and AEs).
- Strong background in selling complex, high-value solutions to C-level executives and engaging in executive-level deal strategies.
- Ability to operate as a regional business owner, accountable for forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes.
- Experience driving cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and RevOps.
- Deep expertise in managing both high-velocity and complex sales processes simultaneously.
- Consistent history of hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent and leaders.

Practical notes
Base salary range: $180,000 - $235,000. Actual salaries may vary based on location and experience. Total compensation includes base salary, potential bonus or commission, and stock options. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, 401K employer match, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off.
