6sense is hiring a Staff Enterprise AI Engineer to build and scale internal AI-driven systems and automation agents. You will design production-grade solutions that streamline cross-functional business operations while ensuring strict security and privacy standards.

What you'll do

• Architect enterprise AI systems using Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Claude.
• Create and manage AI agents to automate workflows across Finance, HR, Security, Legal, IT, and GTM departments.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent memory, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Integrate SaaS platforms and internal services into unified, automated workflows.
• Implement security guardrails to prevent prompt injection, data leakage, and unauthorized model access.
• Ensure all AI deployments comply with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 standards.
• Build scalable internal tools, SDKs, and templates to support AI adoption across the company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT systems, enterprise engineering, or automation.
• Proven ability to build complex workflows and integrations using platforms like Workato.
• Deep familiarity with LLM-based systems, including tool usage, agent orchestration, and prompt design.
• Strong grasp of API-driven architectures and SaaS ecosystems.
• Experience implementing security and compliance protocols within cloud-native environments, specifically AWS.
• Capacity to balance high-level strategy with hands-on technical execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP or similar agent frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and Graph API.
• Background in Claude or other enterprise-grade LLM platforms.
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices and governance frameworks.
• Experience scaling internal platforms at high-growth SaaS organizations.

Practical notes

• Base Salary Range: $181,374.00 - $235,015.20.
• Total compensation includes base salary, potential bonus or commission, and stock options.
