Product Designer with Salesforce

About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking a Product Designer with a background in Salesforce to join their growing UX team. This role involves creating intuitive product designs that meet client business goals and delight end-users. You will collaborate with global teams and US clients on critical projects, focusing on Salesforce CRM workflows.

What you'll do

• Ensure design efforts align with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients to create outstanding designs.
• Partner with global delivery teams (Product Management, Engineering, Program Management) to deliver products using Agile practices.
• Help create efficient CRM workflows and improve the CRM journey.
• Sketch user flows and build clickable digital prototypes for high-level business processes.
• Possess strong interaction or visual design skills.
• Work effectively with UX Leads and other 3Pillar practices (PDM, PM, Engineering).
• Communicate progress and delivery timelines to the team and client.
• Adapt to changes in priority and scope.
• Participate in UX and engagement meetings.
• Identify and escalate risks.
• Contribute to client presentations and help prepare workshops.
• Suggest improvements to standard tools and processes.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies like AI.

Requirements

• Hands-on work experience with Salesforce.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing UX position.
• At least 2 years of consulting experience.
• Expertise working with digital products, business logic, processes, and various clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to understand the broader context.
• Highly culturally aware.
• Strong communication skills.
• Practical knowledge and experience in Agile practices and Lean methodologies.
