Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

3Pillar Global is seeking a specialist to manage the day-to-day execution of our marketing and internal communication efforts. You will coordinate content across digital channels, support our employer branding initiatives, and ensure our messaging remains consistent across all business functions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Update and maintain the corporate website to reflect current business priorities.
• Manage daily social media activities including scheduling and monitoring.
• Oversee the publication of case studies, thought leadership, videos, and customer success stories.
• Organize the marketing content library for easy accessibility.
• Create and distribute internal newsletters, leadership updates, and company-wide announcements.
• Collaborate with the Talent team to facilitate quarterly All Hands meetings.
• Execute recruitment marketing campaigns and share employee stories to build our employer brand.
• Track performance metrics for social media and website traffic.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure brand alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, communications, or content management.
• Proficiency in website maintenance and social media platform management.
• Strong writing, editing, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with various cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Prior experience managing internal communications within a corporate setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Familiarity with marketing automation software.
