1Password is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution for Machine Identity. This is a critical role focused on solving the complex challenge of how applications and services authenticate securely without relying on traditional credentials. You will be instrumental in shaping one of 1Password's key strategic initiatives.

Define and manage the product roadmap for Machine Identity, ensuring customer needs are central to all decisions.

Set and track objectives and key results for your product area, leading quarterly planning.

Create detailed product specifications, including PRDs and PRFAQs, to align engineering, design, and other teams.

Prioritize product initiatives to maintain focus on the most impactful work.

Champion the customer perspective through research and direct engagement.

Contribute to the overall vision for Machine Identity and the Unified Access platform.

Participate in executive-level discussions about Unified Access with customers and prospects.

Requirements

Possess 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a history of owning product areas from conception to delivery.

Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive product specifications like PRDs or PRFAQs.

Exhibit strong customer empathy, with a proven capacity to gather feedback, identify trends, and translate them into actionable requirements.

Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities may shift.

Effectively collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

Nice to have

Familiarity with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or cybersecurity products.

Experience using AI engineering tools for personal projects.

Background in identity management, secrets management, or infrastructure security.

This is a remote position within the United States or Canada.
