What you'll do

• Create user-centered designs for product features, ensuring they are usable, accessible, and secure.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to move designs from concept through to delivery.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of professional design experience at a product-focused company.
• Proficient with Figma and experience using AI prototyping tools like Figma Make or Cursor.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and agentic development tools, with a plus for hands-on experience.
• A portfolio showcasing recent projects, your design process, and the impact of your work.
• Experience working alongside engineering, product management, or user research teams.
• Developing product thinking skills and the ability to make informed design decisions.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and actively seek feedback for improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for security, privacy, enterprise, or regulated products.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Experience conducting or participating in usability testing.
• Contribution to a design system.
• A genuine interest in cybersecurity and its impact on user trust.
