1Password is seeking a Staff Product Manager to guide the evolution of our developer-focused products. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of how developers interact with 1Password, particularly within the critical area of Unified Access Management. This is a chance to influence a key strategic initiative for the company.

What you'll do
Define and advance the product roadmap for the Developer Workflows engineering group, a core component of our Unified Access strategy.
Contribute to the company-wide vision and execution for developer tools and the Developer Watchtower feature within our Enterprise Password Manager.
Drive product prioritization, strategy, and execution for your area, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Act as the primary advocate for the developer customer, incorporating their feedback into product decisions through research and data analysis.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to bring impactful products to life.
Mentor a junior product manager on a related team, fostering product excellence across the organization.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area, focusing on ARR contribution and customer impact.
Represent your product area externally, engaging with executive teams at customer organizations.
Requirements
Possess at least 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven history of successfully owning and delivering developer-facing or platform products.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of developer workflows, common tools, current AI trends, and the security challenges faced in modern engineering environments.
Proven ability to create and implement product roadmaps for complex, cross-functional initiatives within a B2B SaaS context.
Experience contributing to or leading broader product vision across multiple engineering teams and product domains.
Exhibit strong written communication skills, including the creation of clear and concise product requirement documents and PRFAQs.
Show a capacity for building with a 18-24 month strategic outlook while effectively managing near-term execution.
Have experience communicating at an executive level, including presenting product strategies to customer leadership.
Be adept at integrating customer insights, both qualitative and quantitative, into product prioritization.
Experience establishing OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks that link product outcomes to business results.
Nice to have
Familiarity with developer security tools, secrets management solutions, or enterprise developer platforms.
Experience with Enterprise Password Managers, device trust concepts, or identity and access management within developer contexts.
